3、投标人资格要求投标人应具备的资格或业绩:对投标人的资格和业绩要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate. B．投标人应为所投货物的制造商或授权代理商。如果投标人是代理商，则须提供制造商有效授权书。如果投标人是制造厂商所在集团内负责销售的公司，投标人应提供声明，说明投标人与制造厂商隶属同一集团，负责投标货物的销售工作。The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant docu
ments to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is respo
nsible for the sales of the bid goods.如果投标人是代理商,应具有2022年1月1日至2024年12月31日气动旋塞阀的销售业绩（至少一个），并提供相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于销售合同复印件，至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称。未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance (at least one) of Pneumatic Plug (ON-OFF) Valves from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024, and provide correspo
